Keeping your business grounded, so you can grow what you love.

Hi, I’m Samantha,

iced-coffee enthusiast & founder of The Rooted Nook.

With a background as an executive assistant, recruiter, and former business owner of 100+ employees, I know firsthand the challenges small business owners face. My mission? Helping you stay organized, tame the chaos, and actually enjoy your work again. Behind the scenes, my husband Anthony keeps everything running smoothly—making The Rooted Nook a true family-powered business.

When I’m not helping business owners thrive, I’m a proud mom of two teenagers, a wife, and a family adventure enthusiast. We love traveling, exploring the outdoors, and even getting competitive with video games. You’ll also find me embarrassing my teens, hiking trails near and far, or binge-watching Netflix with an iced coffee in hand.

My Services

Consider me your extra set of hands (and maybe even your brain double) for the not-so-fun stuff. Here are the services I provide to keep your business rooted, organized, and growing.

  • Inbox overflowing? Spreadsheets giving you a headache? I’ve got you covered. From data entry and email management to scheduling and document prep, I help keep your business running smoothly so you can focus on what really matters.

  • Let’s make your social media work for you. I create engaging content, schedule posts, and keep your platforms organized and consistent so your brand feels present—even when you’re too busy to post.

  • Need a professional website without the stress? I design and edit clean, functional sites on Squarespace that reflect your brand and make it easy for clients to connect with you. Updates and tweaks are always welcome, too!

  • Think of me as an extra pair of hands (and a friendly face) for your business. From handling customer inquiries with care to keeping projects on track, I help make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
